Hydro Visitors need to know information:

• Day Guests:
- All bookings are subject to full pre-payments only. Proof of payment, either by email or fax must be received by our Reservations Department prior to guests’ arrival no later than 15:00 the day before arrival.
- A locker is available for the safe storage of your valuables.
• It is advisable to reserve well in advance.
• All additional treatments should be booked prior to arrival. • Cancellations made longer than 24 hours prior to arrival – 40% of total payment due.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival – 100% of total payment due.
• Overnight Guests:
- All bookings are subject to deposits or full pre-payments.
- It is advisable to book any extras that are not included in your program, in advance.
- Arrival time: From 14h00 (unless otherwise stipulated), with departure at 11h00 on the day of departure.
• Items to bring along (a gown and slippers as well as a carrier bag will be available on arrival):
- Bathing suit.
- Comfortable walking shoes /trainers.
- Casual wear for the walks/exercise.
• All prices advertised are per person and include VAT.
