• Reservations will only be accepted until 12:00 on the day before your arrival.
• All bookings are subject to full pre-payments only. Proof of full payment, either by e-mail or fax, must be received by our Reservations Department prior to guest arrival no later than 15:00.
• It is advisable to reserve well in advance.
• Cancellations made longer than 24 hours prior to arrival - 40% of total payment due.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival - 100% of total payment due.
• No treatments on a Sunday.
• Arrival time: Between 08h30 and 09:00.
• Treatments start at 09:30 and finish around 17:00.
• A locker is available for the safe storage of your valuables.
• Items to bring along:
  • Bathing suit.
  • Comfortable walking shoes.
  • Casual wear for the walks/exercise.
• All prices advertised are per person and include VAT.

Overnight Package Visitor’s need to know information:

• All bookings are subject to deposits or full pre-payments
• It is advisable to reserve your package well in advance.
• It is advisable to book any optional extras that are not included in your program schedule when making your reservation.
• Additional treatments may be booked prior to arrival.
• Arrival time: From 14h00, with departure at 11h00 on the day of departure.
