of your life. The Hydro is offering a unique blend of golf
and wellness experience.
The golf packages have been designed to incorporate
some of the best golf courses in the region as well as specialized
therapies which are certain to make your golf trip a rewarding
one. The Hydro is serious about wellness and your stay with
us will provide the environment to fully enjoy your games
of golf while fully recovering between rounds through our
therapies. Specialist consultations with our fitness team
will provide the necessary guidance to improve the physical
aspect of your game. In addition our lifestyle consultants
will recommend life changing guidelines including proper nutrition.
A typical first day will start with a fruit
breakfast after which you will be transported to your chosen
golf course. Upon your return a massage will be provided to
stimulate complete recovery as well as proper relaxation followed
by your first appointment with our Biokineticist. The rest
of the day can be spent relaxing at the swimming pool while
sipping on our renowned herbal teas. On day two you can enjoy
an early guided walk in the surroundings of The Hydro followed
by a healthy breakfast. You will then be escorted to the therapy
department to enjoy a hydro therapy treatment followed by
a massage. Various additional activities are available throughout
the day such as aquasize classes and progressive relaxation.
The treatments included in your package have been sparingly
coordinated to allow you to spoil yourself with additional
therapies from our comprehensive menu. The standard package
is designed with a golf game every second day but you may
add more games to your trip if you so desire.
Packages are available from seven to fourteen
days in all types of accommodation. In addition we can help
you tailor make your package according to your specific needs.
* You may choose the number of rounds of
golf you would like to play from the following five top courses;
Pearl Valley, De Zalze, Stellenbosch, Paarl (Boschenmeer)
and Devonvale according to your budget. The Hydro has negotiated
preferential rates at the Golf clubs for Hydro Guests. Please
contact our reservations department for more details. Golf
reservations will be made according to availability of tee
off times at the clubs. The rounds of golf are quoted separately
when a booking is made and will vary from R300 - R800 a round
according to the course chosen.
