Each Guest starts their journey with a consultation with one of our resident doctors in Naturopathy where medical history and objectives are discussed. The programme and nutritional needs are then fine-tuned to suit your personal goals and your progress is monitored throughout the stay.

The diet offered at The Hydro is balanced and nutritious, using only the finest ingredients, some of which are grown directly in our gardens, and consists of fresh fruits, vegetables and legumes. Proteins served at the Hydro are in the form of low fat cheeses, legumes, lentils and beans sufficient for your nutritional needs.

We offer the highest level of professionalism for therapeutic treatments, educational discussions on health as well as demonstrations supported by the dedication and warmth of our staff, whose primary objective is to care for you. The Hydro does not recommend a frantic exercise programme but qualified fitness instructors will provide guidance and support regardless of your current level of fitness. A complimentary fitness assessment is performed during your stay. Physical activities are offered freely such as acquasize classes in our indoor heated swimming pool, guided walks and yoga as well as the use of our fitness centre.

The Hydro’s experience can be described in one word, soothing! The atmosphere is calm, lights are low, the use of electronic equipment is restricted to the business lounge and the bedrooms. Our objective is to avoid all forms of pollution that might impinge on your personal space, the emphasis being firmly on healing and wellness.
